- Providing comprehensive HR support alongside Senior HR Business partners across a range of disciplines including:

- Workforce planning and recruitment
- General employee relations advice - utilising the Enterprise Agreement, HR Policies and the National Employment Standards
- Performance management
- Early intervention and wellbeing initiatives, work cover/return to work
- Career and capability development
- Position reclassifications and resizing
- People policies, initiatives and processes
- Employee lifecycle management including onboarding, probation management and offboarding
- Proactively develop and sustain relationships with a range of project staff and external stakeholders.
- Working collaboratively with the wider HR team which includes Learning & Development, Capability Development, Talent Acquisition, and Reporting & Analytics; to achieve great outcomes for the business.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will bring their energy and practical approach to MRPV. This would suit a HR Advisor/Coordinator that is looking to take a step up and who most importantly has a growth mindset
Joining a team of 3 Senior HR Business partners this opportunity will stretch you; the Infrastructure market is booming, and we have an ambitious HR Strategy and People Plan in FY22.

- We have some exciting HR projects to delivery in FY22 - alignment of our Talent & Succession Planning, preparation for the implementation of our first holistic HRIS (Success Factors), and further maturing of our workforce planning approach.
