We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our high performing team. In this partnering role you will work closely with your Senior HR Business Partner on a broad range of HR whilst contributing to the development of policies and procedures that support the way we work.

Skills that set you apartYou are a dedicated HR professional who puts people at the forefront with a talent for fostering positive employee experiences.You have previous experience in the HR function and a keen interest to develop your knowledge of contemporary HR practices to ensure you can advise with confidence to provide general HR advisory and support, manage recruitment and onboarding activities and support leaders with operational advice and practical HR solutions.
How you will make a differenceYou will partner with our leaders to support operational human resource matters including recruitment and selection, workforce planning, reporting, job design, establishment and employee relations.At the Parliament, our culture is focussed on delivering innovative, professional and impartial services to support our elected representatives and the democratic process. As HR Business Partner you will build strong relationships with your stakeholders and deliver outcomes-focused advice on a range of HR matters.
You will partner directly with stakeholders to provide hands on support in the handling of individual matters, as well as work across the HR Business Partner team on organisation wide matters including graduate and entry pathway programs, policy development, change management, reward and recognition and HR systems projects.
You will support inclusivity by delivering against objectives within our Reconciliation, Gender Equality and Disability and Inclusion Action Plans.
