**Your opportunity**

As a Casual Concierge Attendant at **Westfield Sydney **your focus is to ensure our customers enjoy a positive and memorable experience whilst visiting our Living Centres.

- Be present in the moment, well presented, confident & self-motivated with exceptional people skills
- Exuding positive energy, a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment

**Your checklist**
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays is essential for this role.
