**Your Opportunity**

Are you passionate about delivering premium customer experiences and going above and beyond to help others? At Westfield Sydney, we’re looking for a Concierge Attendant who is dedicated to providing exceptional, luxury service that enhances every customer’s visit.

As the welcoming face of our centre, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences that leaves a lasting impression, encouraging customers to return. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about customer service but is also seeking a long-term opportunity to grow and excel in a premium service environment.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
- Promoting and processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
- Welcoming guests at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs.
- Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
- Managing administrative tasks such as lost property, online inquiries, and other duties assigned by management.

This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- Experience in customer-facing roles, such as hotel, retail, or guest services.
- Ability to interact with diverse customers and consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
