**About the Role**

Reporting to the Resource Industry Sales Manager, the Resource Industry Sales Support Manager is responsible for ensuring consistency of tender processes for major tenders across capital equipment and product support opportunities in the resource industries market, leading to a greater level of customer success and reduced preparation effort by WesTrac stakeholders. In addition, this role will be responsible for driving improvement in new machine delivery processes to provide an improved customer experience.

This position will be offered on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, based at either our Tomago facility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain tendering processes that deliver consistency and efficiency. Ensure tender responses are coordinated (both new equipment and product support) including overseeing and facilitating internal approval processes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive ongoing improvement of capital sales delivery processes that provide WesTrac stakeholders and our customers with consistent outcomes.
- Maintain NSW/ACT Resource Industries market short and long term forecast for new equipment and technology.
- Plan and execute on new equipment inventory requirements to meet forecast sales opportunities.
- Assist in interactions with Caterpillar on New equipment and Technology sales, including tracking of excellence programs and leadership table initiatives.
- Ensure management of reporting of KPI’s to Caterpillar, WesTrac and customers for new equipment sales.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary Qualification within the field of Business, Commerce or similar, coupled with 5-10 years demonstrated experience in a similar role, with experience managing multiple large tenders or bids within a similar industry.
- Strong commercial and business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams across multiple functions not directly within the reporting line.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Highly focused - ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated project management skills and continuous improvement mindset - prior experience implementing systems/processes to streamline workflows and deliver efficiency.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of products and technologies employed in NSW mining market desired
