**Position Overview**:
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations on products, services, and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Host regular client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase offerings and address any client requirements.
- Develop strong connections by engaging with finance brokers and real estate agents through meetings and collaborations.
**Sales Execution**:
- Generate leads, qualify potential clients, and negotiate contracts to successfully close sales deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of sales strategies and client objectives.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide detailed daily reports on meetings, outcomes, and projections, ensuring a clear picture of progress.
- Create a daily plan based on insights from current activities to ensure continued progress and efficiency.
**Marketing Strategy**:
- Strategically distribute brochures across various suburbs to ensure comprehensive coverage, ensuring the materials reach the right target audience and maximize visibility.
- Engage in local community events to establish genuine connections with residents and businesses, promoting services and raising awareness in a personal and direct manner.
**Lead Generation & Referrals**:
- Utilize provided leads and guide clients through the home buying process, collaborating with partner brokers to assess and secure client financing.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of referrals, tracking lead success and reporting to ensure ongoing business growth and client loyalty.
- Take proactive steps to identify and generate new sales opportunities, actively seeking out new clients and expanding the client base to drive overall growth.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to establish rapport and build strong client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales, client engagement, and lead generation is preferred. Experience in the construction or real estate industry will be considered a plus.
- **Familiarity with the Indian and Chinese communities is an advantage, providing an understanding of diverse client needs.**:

**Work Details**
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Weekly Hours**: 45 hours/week
**Salary Details**
- **$60,000 - $80,000 (including other required tools, plus commission and bonuses based on individual sales).**:

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
