**A LITTLE ABOUT THE ROLE**
To support our growth plans, we are currently seeking a
- **Receptionist/Executive Support** to join our Head Office Branch.
- This is a newly created role providing administrative reception and support to our executive management.
- This exciting role will see you providing support to the business by performing receptionist duties, controlling all functions of the telephone system and providing administrative support as directed by the Human Resources Manager.
- Wetherill Park location. Onsite Parking. Full Time Perm Opportunity. Immediate commencement.

**MORE SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL**
- Provide professional front-of-house service to all visitors in a timely manner
- Provide proactive, timely and high-quality administration support
- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly, take messages and distribute as appropriate.
- Manage all outgoing mail, including arrangements for couriers (locally and interstate) and also distributing incoming mail each morning.
- Book meeting rooms and arrange equipment and catering when required.
- Co-ordinate relevant responses and/or input into projects, programs, reports, correspondence, and departmental/business issues as directed.
- Demonstrate initiative in anticipating the requirements of Executive Managers and support in meeting those requirements.
- Effectively deal with high-level or confidential matters with discretion, professional maturity, and diplomacy.
- Travel coordination and management inclusive of booking accommodation and preparing detailed itineraries for Executive Managers.
- Support with the assistance or preparation of any internal or external presentations and documents

**We Need Your Skills**

**A LITTLE ABOUT YOU**
To be successful within this role, you will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience within in a similar role or function.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Have the energy required to work in an extremely fast paced environment.
