Programmed is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated Technical Specialist to join our team based on site in the Upper Hunter region.

- Production mining or dispatch experience is beneficial
- Experience in working in mining or civil construction

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying and influencing positive outcomes to issues and conflicts
- Run reports, analyse data and provide feedback for Production Supervisors and management team
- Providing support to the management teams regarding production delays
- Providing support to management in the administration of continuous improvement programs as well as gathering and distribution of audit results
- Implementing and coordinating change management programs and initiatives
- Converting data and reports into meaningful information for the management team
