Ya Ao Corporate Services Pty Ltd is a large food processing company in Perth Western Australia. Due to business growth, we are now seeking an experienced Food Production Manager to join our team.

The Food Production Manager will oversee and manage the production activities in our manufacturing facility. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of food products while maintaining high-quality standards. The role involves coordinating and supervising production processes, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities may include (not limited to):

- Develop production plans and schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality control) to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Implement and maintain food safety and quality control systems in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA, food hygiene).
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to monitor product quality and adherence to food safety protocols.
- Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and manage production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and adequate supply of materials.
- Prepare production reports, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
- Stay updated on relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing food manufacturing.
- Relevant Education Background Preferred
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar role
- High level of skills in teamwork and leadership

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
