We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimise our retail and merchandise operations. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality, and high-volume food & beverage sales, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive revenue and profitability.

**About Role**
- **Customer Experience**: Exceed customer expectations and maintain high guest satisfaction through strategic outlet activation, staffing, and product mix optimisation.
- **Revenue Maximisation**: Maximise per-head spending for all major events by utilising standard operational templates to determine audience demographics, spending habits, and sales mix.
- **Workforce Management**: Ensure staff possess high product knowledge, collaborate with HR for hiring and training, and optimise labour costs through efficient rostering.
- **Retail Business Development**: Generate new income streams, drive business growth, and identify revenue maximisation opportunities.
- **Merchandising Operations**: Manage merchandise receipt, distribution, and reconciliation, and analyse sales data to identify trends.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage stock levels within budget and KPI guidelines, minimise wastage, and ensure accurate and timely ordering and point-of-sale control. Conduct monthly stocktake, take responsibility for minimising variances and perform investigations in such variance.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensure adherence to EEO, WHS, and RSA regulations, and oversee responsible service of alcohol procedures.

**About You**
- Proven 3 years’ experience in food & Beverage management, hospitality or event management, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Staff rostering and POS systems and inventory management software.
- A passion for customer service and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
