Marina Radiology is a privately owned, non-corporatised radiology provider, with 12 sites currently in operation across Victoria.

Positions are available for our Customer Contact Centre (Call Centre) located in Berwick to assist our team with inbound and outbound calls, as well as online enquiries. All patient communication will be done via telephone or the internet.

**Qualifications and Skills**

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people with:

- A keen focus on providing exceptional patient care and customer service
- A positive and bubbly attitude
- A strong focus on attention to detail and data accuracy
- The ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Comprehensive computer skills
- A basic understanding of medical terminology/anatomy would be an advantage.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be:

- Creating a great impression when greeting patients/referring doctors/other industry associates over the telephone
- Answering/transferring incoming calls
- Booking appointments in an accurate, timely and friendly manner (both via online request and over the phone)

The role will require you to work a rotating 38 hour roster between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday (overtime rates apply).

No phone inquiries will be taken. No recruitment agencies please.

Salary will be determined by our Enterprise Agreement and on successful applicant's experience.
