Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist Based at our Casey, Berwick clinic but may on occasion be rostered to work at Dandenong, Mulgrave, Cranbourne and Pakenham clinics. We currently have full and part time opportunities available to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30am and 9:30pm.
What will you be doing?
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
- Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
- Previous medical receptionist experience(highly desirable but not essential)
- Experience in customer service/Administration
- Strong communication, IT skills and attention to detail
- Be able to maintain a high level of proffessionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work fast paced, autonomously and in a team environment
