As a key enabler of this vision, the Energy Management Specialist will bring to life the commercial strategy and execution of our Energy Management Plan, bringing commercial and project management acumen to our full Energy Management category.**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Review existing desktop analysis to validate potential emissions\cost impacts**:
- **Identify additional inhibiting factors and refine the scope of the project**:
- **Plan out the project components and articulate the needs for external support**:
- **Determine the most appropriate panel of external partners to support initiatives**:
- **Engage the market to determine the best fit provider(s) to deliver on the promise**:
- **Manage existing commercial arrangements, alongside new partners**:
- **Report to leadership on commercial benefits achieved following the agreed strategy**:
- **Continually seek to revise and improve on the value delivered.**:
- **Compliance to all applicable regulations and standards is an expectation, not a benefit.**:
- **Monitor supply partner performance to ensure minimum expectations are met**:
- **Embed innovation as a constant - suppliers should be held accountable for driving value**:
**About you**:
- **Have a strong understanding of how both energy retailing and solar installations are a managed in a distribution and retail environment.**:
- **Understanding current cost models in the energy industry**:
- **Building strong and positive working relationships with stakeholders**:
- **Extensive knowledge and best practice experience in energy management**:
- **Experience leading commercial negotiations with energy providers**:
- **Ability to present effectively to inform an audience, using current presentation technologies and media formats. Able to field audience questions comfortably and confidently**:
