**What to Expect**

Tesla’s APAC Energy & Charging Service team is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial group dedicated to maintaining Tesla’s Energy & Charging fleet for exceptional customer experience and top-tier availability.

As Technical Program Lead, you’ll work in a dynamic environment, partnering with Field Service, Residential Service, global data analytics, and software teams to enhance business processes, drive data integrity, and deliver world-class analytics.

This is a highly technical individual contributor role, and requires a passion for technology, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while championing operational excellence and innovative solutions.

**What You'll Do**
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end service processes.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable project scopes using a first-principles approach, ensuring clear execution plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align programs and influence without direct authority.
- Define business requirements for software tools and partner with software teams to develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, write SQL queries, and create custom BI reports for APAC Operations stakeholders.
- Build Python scripts (using Pandas, MS Power Automate, and MS Power Apps) to automate reports and business processes.
- Communicate process and software changes effectively, ensuring compliance through quantitative metrics.
- Support the launch of new Energy & Charging Service software and processes in APAC.

**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a quantitative/technical field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in program management or structured business environments.
- Proven ability to drive impact and influence within a broader organization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and Python.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior business leaders.
- Highly collaborative, with experience leading cross-functional projects in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to quickly grasp and synthesize technical concepts.
