**What to Expect**

We are looking for self-motivated team players interested in creating an excellent customer experience coordinating shipments delivering Tesla Energy products (both finished goods and spare parts) from warehouses to our customers.

Please note, we are open to applicants based in Melbourne or Sydney.

**What You'll Do**
- Drive on-time deliveries by streamlining processes within the logistics operations throughout the APAC region
- Preparing required shipping documentation and system transactions
- Develop and maintain complex routing plans, including providing ad hoc adjustments that require independent judgement and discretion
- Determine most cost effective and efficient means to transport goods to expected requirements
- Consistently track and monitor productivity goals and communicate areas of opportunity to the stakeholders to contribute to overall improvement
- Manage regional 3PL & Internal OB freight coordination and consolidations when possible
- Drive productivity through continuous improvement activities in both business processes and system solutions
- Coordinate with Fulfillment & 3rd Party Warehouse Management to ensure order availability & integrity is consistent as expected

**What You'll Bring**
- 3+ years of experience in Logistics
- Understanding of DOT and hazardous materials compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Additional APAC languages a bonus
