**About the role**

Dulux is growing in the digital space and this a fantastic opportunity where you will support the the implementation, troubleshooting and configuration of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) along with associated marketing platform (CRM-CMS-Analytics) within DuluxGroup’s ecosystem.

You will engage with key stakeholders in the business and support them with their technological needs of utilising the data efficiently.

The role is based out of Clayton and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your career.

**Responsibilities**
- Gather the necessary information to assist in the implementation and integration of CDP & MarTech solutions
- Engage with the stakeholders to solve issues which facilitates projects rollout
- Work with the developers to deploy & test necessary code changes for the project
- Analyse current and future system requirements, produce comprehensive functional specification, including product modifications
- Conduct the necessary troubleshooting to implement and integrate solution

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting technical problems and methodical problem
- solving
- Experience in MarTech platform implementations such as cloud CRMs and CPaaS
- Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manger is preferable
- Strong understanding of web development frontend and backend in a product lifecycle.
