**About the role**
We are hiring for a Technology Change & Adoption Specialist. This is a varied role working across multiple teams within the group to ensure they are using our technology effectively. You will develop change, training and communication plans to navigate and support employees to new systems and processes ensuring successful adoption.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys coaching and training. You will have the opportunity to develop into broader roles across the business in time while being supported by our strong development programs.
**Responsibilities**
- Create & manage training programs for IT tools & platforms
- Manage technology change and awareness
- Manage the internal communications between IT&DE and the broader business
- Develop & nourish “IT Champions” group to maximise change awareness and technology adoption
- Develop and manage ongoing employee experience surveys
**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience as a trainer is preferable
- Knowledge and understanding of technological platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to seek for improvements and drive process enhancement
