**Job Overview**

We are seeking a **Marketing & Social Media Coordinator** to drive our digital presence, create engaging content, and manage advertising campaigns. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media, and storytelling who can enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management**
- Develop and post engaging **reels, stories, and daily content** showcasing our programs, student achievements, and events.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn**.
- Plan, schedule, and optimize content for **maximum reach and engagement**.

**Marketing & Advertising**
- Run **targeted paid ads** on social media platforms to promote courses, workshops, and events.
- Track and analyze ad performance, making data-driven optimizations.
- Stay updated with trends and algorithm changes to enhance marketing strategies.

**Community Engagement & Brand Awareness**
- Interact with parents and followers, responding to comments and messages.
- Build partnerships with influencers, schools, and community groups for collaboration.
- Monitor brand reputation and engagement metrics.

**General Marketing Support**
- Capture and edit high-quality videos/photos of classroom activities.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns for enrollment growth.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in **social media management, content creation, and paid advertising**.
- Strong creative skills (video editing, Canva, or Photoshop experience a plus).
- Knowledge of **Facebook & Instagram Ads, audience targeting, and analytics**.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Passion for education, kids' activities, and digital marketing.
