We are looking for **passionate and dedicated teachers** to join our team and guide primary school students toward academic success.

**Role Overview**

As a **NAPLAN/OC/Selective Preparation Teacher**, you will play a key role in helping primary school students build their skills in **English, Mathematics, and reasoning**. Your responsibilities will include delivering **engaging lessons, providing constructive feedback, and preparing students for critical exams** using tailored teaching strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

Teach **small groups of students**, focusing on NAPLAN, OC, and Selective School preparation.
Provide timely feedback on students' classroom work to improve their **SMART Skills**:

- **S**: Skills
- **M**: Mathematical reasoning
- **A**: Authoring and writing
- **R**: Reading comprehension
- **T**: Thinking skills

Update **weekly feedback** on the **parent dashboard**, ensuring clear communication on progress and areas for improvement.
Maintain a **positive and engaging classroom environment** while ensuring students achieve their learning objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **ATAR of 90+** or a **current/former primary school teacher** with a strong academic background.
- Experience in **teaching or tutoring** primary school students, particularly for **NAPLAN, OC, or Selective exams**, is highly desirable.
- Strong command of **English and Mathematics**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to **adapt teaching methods** to different learning styles.
- A passion for education and a commitment to **student success**.
