**About the Role**
The General Manager role is the most senior locational/branch office role at CTM for our Melbourne Office. The General Manager is accountable for the local P&L and the performance of that location against CTM key business drivers which are: to win and retain business, engage/motivate staff and ensure client satisfaction, while ensuring the delivery of best-in-class technology and service.
The General Manager, Victoria must fully understand the CTM value proposition of high-end service, innovation and a return on investment for clients. The General Manager, Victoria will implement and drive the local business plan, aligning with the overall strategic CTM business plan.
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 2-3 years of senior management experience, with demonstrated knowledge of the corporate travel industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, improve and proactively manage a business plan that develops both front-end and back-end operational success.
- Proven ability to monitor and measure financial success, including the management and reporting of financial data.
- High-level Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Ability to support and develop staff, including the recognition and utilization of talent
- Ability to communicate business activity effectively to local levels, and delegate work when appropriate
