In this role you will be responsible for providing day to day administration support to the Inside Sales team which may include: - Preparation of customer quotes and proposals - Build rapport with customers and maximise sales opportunity - Assist with the review of our in-house sales processes - Communication internally and externally with customers and suppliers on order status - Additional ad-hoc tasks as required **More about you** The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes: - Previous experience or exposure in a similar position - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams. - Ability to work within a team environment - Excellent verbal and written communication - Highly organised and able to provide the dedication to meet tight deadlines at times - A keen eye for detail - Ability to work well autonomously and resourcefully - A pro-active "can-do" attitude with confidence to take on a variety of tasks **More about COS** When you join COS you’ll be working for a growing business servicing many of Australia’s most well recognised companies and government agencies.
