**More about what you’ll do**
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced sales support administrator to join our Inside Sales team based in Acacia Ridge.
In this role you will be responsible for providing day to day administration support to the Inside Sales team which may include:
- Preparation of customer quotes and proposals
- Build rapport with customers and maximise sales opportunity
- Assist with the review of our in-house sales processes
- Communication internally and externally with customers and suppliers on order status
- Additional ad-hoc tasks as required

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience or exposure in a similar position
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organised and able to provide the dedication to meet tight deadlines at times
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well autonomously and resourcefully
- A pro-active "can-do" attitude with confidence to take on a variety of tasks
