We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us in the role of **Internal Sales and Support - Commercial** based at our **Acacia Ridge, OLD**branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a quick learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Process Sales Orders as instructed by Commercial Team
- Reply to Customer Inquiries for Delivery updates
- Process of smaller pricing inquiries
- Processing Invoices
- Arranging Transport for outgoing Orders
- Monitoring of overdue Orders and re-dating due dates as required
- Process of Purchase Orders as instructed from PM’s
- Receipting of PO’s into the system
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, branch staff and commercial team
- Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Track, manage and change orders in the system
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
- Help build project management capability within the company by collaborating with other staff, coaching and mentoring others and generally encouraging the appropriate use of project management techniques by others.
- Keep the CM and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
- Puts technical knowledge to commercial use and may prepare estimates and designs in accordance with sales and pricing policy
- Provides technical information and advice regarding the nature and performance of Polyaire products
- Supports PM’s and Commercial Manager in sales with quotations and general enquiries.

This opportunity is a great stepping stone into a sales role as you will become exposed to sales through customer service. We want you to be keen, willing and able, possessing the following attributes:

- Prior experience in an Administration role.
- Good data entry skills
- Good time management skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Work/Outlook)
- Ability to understand Commercial Products and Discuss with Customers.
