**About the Opportunity**

As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our a customer service culture that represents our company brand with pride. A great opportunity for someone with previous exposure to administration and customer service to join our busy Acacia Ridge team. This is a fast-paced and varied role which will see you answering customer enquiries over the phone, managing an inbox, reception relief duties, providing quotes and processing orders.

A typical day will involve:

- providing reception relief

**About You**

We are looking for someone who can draw on their customer service and administration experience in order to deliver a professional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. A confident communicator with good organisation and prioritisation skills, you will be comfortable dealing with a range of customers to answer their enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- excellent communication skills

- a desire to provide excellent customer service
- good computer literacy with fast and accurate keyboard skills
