**Polyaire Pty Ltd** is a dynamic and fast-growing international manufacturer of quality Air-conditioning Products and AirTouch Smart Air Conditioning technologies. Established in 1973, our Head Office is located in SA, with 25 branches across Australia.

We are seeking two passionate and motivated team members to join us in the role of **Internal Sales & Support** based at our **Acacia Ridge, QLD **branch. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same. From interacting with customers to adding significant value in our administrative functions, this role will best suit for an individual who is a fast learner, multi-tasker and a general all rounder.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Working with clients over the counter and by phone to understand their needs and explain product value
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
- Support account managers in sales, administration and general enquiries
- Maintain and update customer / product data base
- Arrange dispatch of products or product information to existing clients or new contracts
- Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
- Assist stores personnel when necessary
