**About the Role**

This role will report to the Commercial Manager (QLD/NSWM) to assist in planning, managing, and coordinating the activities of the QLD Commercial team.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Processes Sales Orders, invoices, and arranging despatch of outgoing orders
- Tracks, manages, and changes orders in the system
- Processes Purchase Orders, receiving orders and enters the system.
- Attends to customer Inquiries for delivery updates.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to customers, branch staff and commercial team.
- Helps build project management capability within the company by collaborating with other staff, coaching, and mentoring others and generally encouraging the appropriate use of project management techniques by others.
- Provides technical information and advice regarding the nature and performance of Polyaire products.
- Supports Project Manager and Commercial Manager in sales with quotations and general enquiries.

**Requirement and Skills**
- Prior experience in Administration role.
- Good data entry skills
- Good time management skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Work/Outlook)
- Ability to understand Commercial Products and Discuss with Customers.
