**Position Overview**: We are currently developing a multifaceted role that combines customer service, administration, accounts, project support, and various other tasks. As the company evolves, this position will adapt and expand. Initially, the role will have restricted hours, but as responsibilities are defined, it will become more flexible.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Interact with clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience.
- **Administration**: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- **Accounts**: Support financial processes, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
- **Project Support**: Collaborate with directors on special projects, coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth execution.
- **Process Development**: Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes.

Pay: From $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
