**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Business Consultant** to be part of our Records & Information Management & Shared Services team. The role of Business Consultant is to provide expertise, analysis in the development design, implementation, review and improvement of business processes and procedures to support effective customer service.
- Records Management System experience;
- Technical capability/ skills (User access, development, administration, troubleshooting);
- Experience reviewing and developing processes, procedures and SOPS;
- Potential extension; and
- Opportunity to Work from Home (2) days per week once trained in the role.
