Our client has an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work within a specific niche community.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks;
- Developing a suitable account plan within your specified territory and driving potential business to a successful close.
- Proactively source business via both phone and face to face with clients.
- Consult with clients, understanding their business drivers and needs.
- Work with colleagues to realise cross-selling opportunities.

Personal Specification;
Background and Experience
The successful applicant will have at least Four (4) years experience and a proven track record in Construction or Recruitment of a combination of the two.

Skills and Knowledge
- Proven ability to identify decision makes; ability to initiate and develop successful strategies customer relationships directly tied to business and industry needs.
- Proven track record in the selling of ‘intangibles or services.’
- Strong track record of accomplishment, yet have the flexibility and willingness to try new sales methods, processes, combined with the thirst for continued learning and education.
- Strong presentation skills coupled with superior interpersonal and listening skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with strong presence.
- Attention to detail, a clear understanding of the customers’ pain/problems and the ability to articulate solutions are essential for this role.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with a strong history of setting and achieving goals that may change as the organisation and industry change.

Minimum 5 years experience
Bachelors Degree

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
