With current annual revenues in tens of millions, we are a boutique IT specialist search, recruitment and headhunting firm. We offer first grade IT search & Labour hire services to our top-tier and mid-tier customers within private and government sector across Australia and NZ and compete with large recruitment brand-names.
We are currently looking for a highly experienced outbound telemarketing, sales and business development consultant.
You are a very polished and well communicated, with high business acumen, ambitious, intelligent and energetic individual who has at least 2 years of experience in outbound business development within a KPI driven environment in Australia.

We also offer lists of leads to follow up on and knowledge of IT recruitment so you can be the best at what you do. We have a brand new office in the heart of Parramatta CBD not far from the station.
Please note, work from home at this point is not offered for this position.
Essential Experience (must be reflected under each current or previous position):
- Detailed and local experience within an outbound sales and telemarketing position. i.e. Recruitment, IT Sales or any other type of outbound phone based sales;
- Clear demonstration of milestone and goal achievements within a KPI number driven sales environment;
- Tertiary education in a relevant degree within either marketing & sales / Business or Information technology;
- Polished and presentable with Immaculate communications skills (strong verbal command of English) and ability to produce structured documents;
- Intermediate to advanced level of experience working with Microsoft office toolsets, Excel sheets and Microsoft word;
Desirable but not essential:
- Existing and established working relationships with IT stakeholders within NSW / Australia that you could leverage from;
- Experience within Recruitment industry of any vertical;
- Basic technical understanding of Information Technology skills and verticals;
- Previous experience working with NSW Government organizations in recruitment capacity.
Having a neat resume that reflects on the skillset above is absolutely essential to being considered.
