**Our Client**
Our client is very well established in the automotive industry and represents a range of quality, luxurious brands. With operations in 19 countries and a strong footprint in Asia Pacific, they continue to grow, delivering sustainable value to our stakeholders through operational excellence, high performance standards and good corporate governance.

**The Role**
They are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant on a 6-month fixed term basis with the intention for the role to go permanent and further career growth.

As a successful Sales Consultant, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Handle all guest inquiries with 100% guest satisfaction.
- Receive inbound calls on new and pre-owned vehicles with a goal set appointments with the relevant dealership.
- Facilitate timely follow up on all new and pre-owned vehicle internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service through a friendly and helpful manner.
- **Location**:Parramatta (5 minute walk to station)
- **Hours**:38 hour working week on a rotating roster (including weekends)
- **Salary**:$60,000 + superannuation + commission + Sunday loading

**You**
As a successful Sales Consultant, you will offer:

- Automotive industry knowledge ideal but not necessary
- Experience working in customer focused role
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience in a sales environment or premium retail will be highly regarded
