**The Opportunity**
As a Microsoft Product Owner joining Medibank, you will play a key role in promoting and educating Medibank employees on the Microsoft 365 platform.
You will champion Microsoft 365 adoption and best practices in Medibank to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include maximising the return on Medibank’s Microsoft 365 investment through user engagement initiatives, adoption strategies, and roadmap alignment.
Close collaboration with Microsoft and IT will be essential to identify and leverage new product opportunities.
This role requires a regular in-office presence. As a member of the Enterprise Technology team, you will participate in Medibank's innovative four-day work week trial.
**Your impact**
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated technologies, such as SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
- Provide expertise, guidance, and training in the use of the Microsoft 365 platform to employees across Medibank.
- Ensure vendor support teams are working cohesively throughout remediation, properly incorporating ticketing systems and ITIL methodology to ensure a consistent development of processes and procedures.
- Provide expertise and guidance to the Microsoft 365 team on common issues reported and recommended solutions to reduce incident and request volume.
- Health check and monitor Microsoft 365 and Teams infrastructure, action issues as discovered and perform troubleshooting and escalation or resolution of issues. Initiate actions to resolve any shortfalls according to agreed procedures.
- Support delivery outcomes across all business units for Microsoft 365 technology.
- Advocate in effective use of M365 technologies to achieve business outcomes.
**What are we looking for?**
You possess significant knowledge and expertise within the Microsoft Collaboration stack, including Office 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. This is coupled with extensive experience in managing and training others on these platforms.
Your background includes involvement in large-scale SharePoint Online deployments and ongoing management, along with a proven track record in delivering effective training and support. Ideally, you will have 1-2 years of experience managing a Microsoft 365 environment.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
