About the role:
Our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) business drives Australia's shift toward a cleaner energy future. As a comprehensive electrification enterprise, we rapidly develop sustainable, scalable products, continuously enhancing our offerings to provide optimal value to our customers. We also invest in innovative concepts, turning the best ideas into products that can significantly impact Australians' lives for generations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain a detailed Product Roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.- Translate user feedback and market insights into actionable tasks that drive product enhancement.- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, turning user stories into tasks for the cross-functional team.- Continuously improve product performance by analysing metrics and refining strategies based on user feedback and market trends.- Collaborative Leadership: Lead and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.- Quality Assurance: Ensure high product standards through defining acceptance criteria, thorough testing, and quality checks.

About you:
- Previous demonstrated experience as a Product Owner or similar role demonstrating successful oversight of multiple product initiatives.- Strong business modelling skills, capable of translating concepts into practical and scalable strategies.- Exceptional leadership and collaboration abilities, fostering cohesive and innovative team environment- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling clear articulation of product vision and objectives.- Proactive problem-solving skills, anticipating challenges and devising strategic solutions to ensure project success.
