Product Manager – Student Experience
(Maternity Cover) | Location: Melbourne

IDP Education is seeking a passionate and experienced
Product Manager
to lead a portfolio of student placement products during a maternity leave cover. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking, customer-centric innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the student experience across our global network.

As Product Manager, You Will

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for student placement services.
• Use customer insights, market data, and digital trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, CX teams, and global stakeholders to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.
• Drive commercial outcomes through effective go-to-market strategies, value proposition development, and performance tracking.
• Champion customer-first thinking, ensuring every product decision enhances the student journey.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic product roadmaps aligned with IDP's goals.
• Advocate for student needs through data-driven insights and co-design practices.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Collaborate across global teams to optimize customer journeys and operational efficiency.
• Lead change management and go-to-market planning for new initiatives.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing commercialized products across their lifecycle.
• Strong business and data analysis skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in digital transformation, preferably in education or tech sectors.
• Agile mindset with hands-on experience in SAFe or similar frameworks.
