**About the role**
We are seeking an experienced People and Culture advisor to join our friendly, collaborative, and supportive team based at our head office on the Gold Coast. You will play a critical role in the delivery of our people and culture plan for Gen Physio across all states.

**Duties**
- Oversee new team member onboarding process and the offboarding of exiting team members.
- Foster a collaborative work environment through positive HR initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with the Leadership team, providing support and guidance on people related issues.
- Attend to all team member queries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with the development and review of all internal P&C policies, processes, and services in alignment of Gen Physio's objectives.
- Promote and communicate policies and procedures to team members.
- Provide relevant feedback from performance management discussions to Executives, Managers, Team Leaders and employees

**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in generalist Human Resources.
- Strong relationship building, dispute resolutions and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify problems and provides practical solutions.
- Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Sound understanding of workplace legislation and relevant awards.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
