**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
The Analytics and Insights Manager is responsible for ensuring data driven business decisions for the brand squads.
You will be analytics and insights lead for brand squads and ensure other Commercial Operations team members are across the strategy and execution plans for the squads where necessary.
**Do something that moves you**:
- Partner with brand squads to deliver actionable business and customer insights that inform strategic and operational business decisions.
- Champion data driven business decisions
- Develop and manage squads KPIs.
- Optimise use of primary and secondary data sources to bring new business insights to inform strategy
- Provide insights and recommendations for Sales Force Effectiveness including field force optimization team sizing and structure, and sales targeting and incentives.
- Align with squads and implement the agile mindset and principles to maintain productive working relationships with team members in the squads.
- Collaborate with Global and Regional Data Science and Customer Insights (DSCI) teams for best practice sharing.
- Comply with local regulations, industry, and Bayer’s code of conduct.
**You will have**:
- University degree (minimum bachelor’s degree)
- Min. 6 years of experience in Business Analytics, Sales & Marketing in the life sciences sector
- Experience in end-to-end commercial analysis and reporting system management.
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Expertise in MS Excel
- Capability to translate technical solutions and design choices to business implications and vice versa.
- Strong communication and intercultural skills.
- Customer Focus.
