We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Services Specialist to provide operational excellence in our Fleet Management and Business Services functions. **_ Do something that moves you._**
- **Manage Fleet Operations**: Oversee our company vehicle fleet program, ensuring effective governance and compliance. Negotiate with suppliers and implement fleet policies that align with our goals.
- **Support Business Services**: Assist in Travel and Expense programs, manage credit card reconciliations, and ensure smooth insurance claims and policy management.
- **Drive Reporting and Analytics**: Provide insightful dashboards and reports to senior management, highlighting continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- **Enhance Relationships**: Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment on car policy and operations.

**_ Does this sound like you?_**
- Completion or working towards Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, preferably with an Accounting and Finance qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in Transactional Services, Operations, and Fleet Management.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, Fleet systems, Smart Pay / Ariba and Concur skills.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and are eager to contribute to process improvements.
- Demonstrate high levels of energy, enthusiasm and sense of urgency
- Strong customer service orientation
