We are currently seeking a talented Digital, Social Media, and E-Commerce Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract to help us establish and optimize our direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce platforms.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our DTC e-commerce platforms, ensuring a user-friendly interface and a streamlined purchasing process. You will collaborate with third-party partners to drive performance and enhance customer acquisition strategies. Your analytical skills will come into play as you monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
You will live and breathe everything digital, as it allows for direct engagement with customers, building brand loyalty, and increasing the visibility of our products. By leveraging various social media and digital platforms, you will create campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive traffic to our e-commerce sites.

- Oversee and optimize DTC platforms for an exceptional user experience.
- Work with external partners to achieve business goals and enhance performance.
- Analyze KPIs related to social media and digital activations, driving actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain customer journey maps, optimizing touchpoints for a superior experience.
- Align digital campaigns with e-commerce initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing teams and agencies to build impactful campaigns and manage online communities.
- Assist in budget allocation for e-commerce and digital projects, maximizing ROI.
**_ Does this sound like you?_**
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s or relevant certifications are a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer experience management, focusing on DTC strategies.
- Proven success in managing e-commerce platforms and omnichannel strategies.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
