**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
In this role you will seek out and accelerate growth opportunities in line with Category Team priorities and deliver incremental growth within short cycles. The scope of growth would include identifying partnerships, collaborations, complementary business models, product service core experience initiatives, route-to-market, and commercial innovation to fuel brand growth beyond conventional avenues.
We work in a hybrid environment, which will involve you working 3 days from our Pymble office, and 2 days from home.
**_ Do something that moves you._**:
- Enable brand growth by identifying and driving rapidly growing consumer trends
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and consumer and customer behaviour
- Scout for, develop and form partnerships and collaborations with external parties or brands to drive mutual growth
- Size and prioritise opportunities aligned with Category Team outcomes
- Evaluate feasibility and potential of new ventures
- Execute on opportunities to drive Category Team missions and deliver incremental net sales and share gains
- Develop alternate go-to-market business models in line with consumer trends and test-and-learn for incremental growth
- Work with Category teams to build or enhance existing services or product offerings and are aligned to consumer needs
- Support Category Teams to develop and execute lead generation and consumer acquisition strategies
- Negotiate and manage relationships with partners and leverage partnerships to drive growth and expand market reach
- Monitor and track performance of growth opportunities against growth metrics and share learnings across the team
- Build and maintain network of contacts and partners and foster relationships with decision-makers
