**The Role**

This purpose of this role is to join a growing finance function and add support to an existing Accounts Officer. This role has been newly created due to increased workload from the growing business. Your role will support multiple entities within the group and work with a vibrant and fun-loving team. Reporting through to an established Finance Manager within the group you will receive ongoing support and development. This role will start with a 3-6 month commitment however has strong potential for permanent pending performance.

You will be responsible for:

- Accounts Payable
- Invoice Processing
- Prepare Payment Files
- Payment Runs
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable
- Raise Invoices
- Allocations
- Credit Checks
- Credit Control
- Ad-hoc Support to Finance Team

**Your Profile**

This role is well suited to an experienced Accounts Officer who enjoys the variety of both Accounts Payable & Receivables. No particular ERP skills required as the client is happy to train, however intermediate excel skills will be advantageous. You will enjoy coming to work in a corporate yet casual environment where everybody enjoys a laugh.
