**About The Role**:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and professional Receptionist to provide day-to-day administration support. Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting and greeting all clients and suppliers on reception, processing requests as required.
- Answering the phones, taking and forwarding messages.
- Collecting mail twice everyday and forwarding accordingly.
- Cleaning the kitchen and coffee machine on a daily basis.
- Booking couriers and coordinating deliveries.
- General tidying and maintaining of the front office area.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Professional presentation i.e., professional corporate attire
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great phone manner with ability to transfer calls
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Self-motivated and proactive work approach with the ability to work autonomously
- Brilliant at problem solving and providing tailored solutions
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills, including a detailed understanding of Microsoft Outlook
