**THE COMPANY**

**THE POSITION**
We are looking for a new team member to grow with the business and contribute to our success. You will report directly to the Managing Director as a key member of the team, fulfilling the role of Personal Assistant on a part-time casual basis initially, commencing November 2024 with the opportunity to move to a full-time permanent role in January 2025.

Key tasks required include maintaining our Dynamics 365 database, providing sales and customer support, helping to develop and manage marketing campaigns, and assisting the Certify compliance team when required.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL**:

- Have a confident and mature attitude
- Be honest and reliable
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Have Intermediate to Advanced competency levels in Microsoft Office
- Be able to work both independently and as part of the team
- Be available to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday during business hours
- Be equipped to work remotely
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn the business
- Be available to start in July 2025

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $32.11 per hour

- Business administration: 10 years (required)
