What we're looking for

This is a PART TIME position.

We are looking for a positive, organised, and energeticproperty manager with strong leasing skills who is solution-focusedto join our Property Team. This is a 5 day per week position with reduced working hours (eg: within school hours), assisting our existing PM in managing a large portfolio with external support from team members, as well as a PM Team Leader, Area Manager and Head of Department who are all on hand to support and upskill this role.

You don't need to have previous experience within property management but some experience within real estate is desired; it would be preferred but we can train this position for the right person with the right attitude. However, you must have or complete a Certificate of Registration (as a min) for this role, as it's a legal requirement in real estate. 

The Role:

  • Day to day assistance of portfolio and new business in rent roll; managing owners, tenants and administration
  • Running a portfolio of managements alongside an experienced PM within a pod set up
  • Conducting regular routine inspections
  • Conducting ingoings and outgoings
  • Liaising daily with landlords and tenants
  • Working closely with the new business team
  • Organising repairs and maintenance
  • Managing electronic filing through our system: PropertyME
  • Signing of leases
  • Follow company procedures to a high standard and provide second to none customer service

  • previous PM experience is ideal yet trainable
  • Previous experience within the Real Estate industry is preferred
