Our client, a resource company seeks a **Technical Writer/ Training Development Consultant**based in inner city **Melbourne**.

Hybrid model - flexible work arrangement
**Contract**: Immediate Start | Until 31 March 2025

**Salary**: $80 P/H

**About the Role**:

- Collaborate with a supportive team, working closely with the **Change Advisory Manager** and **Capability Lead**.
- Design and develop easy-to-understand learning resources to build capability across employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Create a variety of training materials, including:
- **Quick Reference Guides**:

- **Micro-training videos**:

- **Training session plans**
- Deliver system demonstrations and small-group training sessions.

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Proven experience** in a similar Training /Technical Writing or Instructional Design role.
- Proven experience supporting **HR system projects**.
- Ability to meet **tight deadlines** and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in the **Microsoft 365 suite** (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- A **creative mindset** with a passion for making complex content simple and engaging.
