Technical Writer – UX Content Led

We're on the lookout for a talented storyteller who can decipher complex design systems and engineering patterns — and help make our public documentation best-in-class across the entertainment industry.

As part of our Design System Team, you'll help build and maintain a robust component library that works seamlessly across web and native platforms. This team is the vital bridge between design and engineering, ensuring world-class user experience, consistency, and efficiency as we scale.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for their Design Systems.
  • Partner with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.
  • Continuously review and update existing materials to keep content relevant.
  • Contribute to style guides and documentation standards.
  • Create visual aids, diagrams, or infographics that bring technical concepts to life.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing (preferably in software or entertainment).
  • A knack for writing in clear, procedural, and explanatory styles for varied audiences.
  • Experience using content management and version control systems.
  • Understanding of UX principles and how they shape effective documentation.

Bonus

  • Experience with API documentation and programming concepts.
  • Familiarity with video tutorials or interactive content creation.
  • Proficiency in Design System documentation tools (e.g. Zeroheight, Supernova, Knapsack)
