A well known ecommerce Australian retailer is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team and support the customer purchasing experience

**The key responsibilities for this role**:

- Develop user manuals to ensure customers have technical information on all products.
- Identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Collaboration with the purchasing team.
- Support the technical writing team.
- Research and recommend improvements for user guides.
- Collaborate and create training guides for the customer care team.

**To be successful you will have**:

- A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or similar
- Great communication skills and ability to maintain relationships across teams
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time.
- Experience with Adobe Suit and Project Management highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
