We are a leading Real Estate company located in Brisbane. We are known for our exceptional client service and robust market presence. We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our dynamic team in our Brisbane Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute new lease agreements.
- Handle, negotiate, and finalize new business agreements with landlords, derived from walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Support the Senior Property Manager in the management of a property portfolio.
- Conduct open house and tenant inspections.
- Assist in Arrears Control and routine property inspections.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.
- Assist in the marketing preparation of properties (photos, descriptions, weekly rental lists) and in preparing and uploading rental advertisements.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) are preferred.
- Ability to operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Deadline-driven with a capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional customer service skills, complemented by a proactive 'can do' attitude.
- High level of attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- A proactive and positive approach to tasks.
- Possession of a current Real Estate License is required.

**Location**:Brisbane Southeast

Pay: $70,000.00 - $108,076.13 per year
