**Join a leading specialist insurer as a Senior Claims Associate and work with a high-performing team to manage a complex portfolio of property and legal claims. This is a great opportunity to learn a new insurance line and contribute to a business that values innovation and collaboration.**

**Your new role**

Working as a Senior Claims Associate, you will be:

- Managing a portfolio of insurance claims end to end, providing exceptional levels of customer service
- Claims management, including authorising claim approvals and reporting to General Counsel as required
- Serve as a dedicated operational contact for Third Party Consultants, such as loss assessors, valuers, lawyers, surveyors, and other providers of related services
- Assist the General Counsel by preparing claims reports as required by Senior Management

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience Managing a portfolio of Insurance claims
- Strong organisational skills
- a critical thinking mindset and an ability to problem solve in real time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with all stakeholders
- An understanding of legal process (preferred)
