**Your new company**
This leading insurance organisation based in Brisbane CBD are seeking for a Liability Claims Consultant to join their growing team.

**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside an experienced team of claims consultants to effectively and independently manage the most complex liability cases from lodgement to finalisation.

You will provide exceptional customer service experience through optimising claims' outcomes, with a strong focus on strategic claims' and financial risk management.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Effectively deal with customers, show empathy and diffuse conflict situations.
- Highly effective strategic and contentious liability claims’ management skills.
- Effectively able to build and maintain relationships with peers, customers and manage business partners.
- 3 + years’ experience in the insurance industry, independently managing the most complex of Liability claims.
- Highly effective interpersonal, teamwork skills and mentoring skills.
