This is a unique and exciting opportunity for someone looking to work for a values-based organisation with a real passion and purpose behind what they do. This education-based organisation is looking for an HR/Change Manager with experience in implementing HR systems.

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture and working with the broader P&C team you will be responsible for understanding and scoping the business needs in relation to an HRIS and the selection of the right system. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

- Implementation of the selected HR modules, including process mapping, UAT, and ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Streamlining data to ensure a smooth transition to the new system that is to be implemented.
- Coaching the team and business and rolling out appropriate training including reference guides and FAQs.

To be successful for this position, you will bring:

- Experience in an HR position with an understanding of contemporary processes and practices.
- Prior experience working within an HRIS implementation position.
- Ability to coach and advise on a wide range of queries relating to the HRIS.
- Experience in the broader education or tertiary education industry will be well regarded
