**The Position**

This is a HR Manager position that would suit someone at a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor level looking for a challenge; a hands-on, generalist role at a HR managerial level. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will work in a team of four, with a HR Advisor and HR Officer reporting into you on a day-to-day basis. The role will see you responsible for the delivery of key HR services and support Australia’s largest flagship operation for this luxury good brand. The position is based in Rushcutters Bay, three kilometres from Sydney CBD, in a convenient location with parking on site.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Delivery of human resources recruitment activities, including approval of HR marketing and recruitment concepts, preparation and implementation of recruitment tests and job interviews;
- Management of Workplace Health & Safety frameworks including all aspects of return to work;
- Oversight of weekly pay run; you will not be expected to manage payroll, but you will have a keen eye for detail to pick up on any foreseeable errors before payroll processing;
- Development of training concepts including execution of leadership trainings approved with organisation strategic specifications;
- Change management consulting, personnel cost planning, and other adhoc HR generalist duties which will improve practices.

**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations or related business discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in a HR generalist position with some experience managing small teams;
- Professional communication and strong leadership skills which can translate to all stakeholders on a site;
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a confident and approachable coaching style.
